"Spent two nights here. Our entire stay was memorable and very comfortable. We were in room #241, a large room with sweeping views. Lovely and clean, well-appointed. Delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff, especially Ana. Onsite parking available. Easy walk too all city attractions. Highly recommend!"

"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall. "The room was very basic and my problem was the lack of electrical outlets. The room also was very dark. The style is old fashioned although it is obvious that the wood work (doors, bed, etc.) are actually very recent. I was annoyed that the air conditioning unit was dripping water down the wall. This needs to be taken care of. "

It was different address Then the property, the girl there didn’t speak good English and booked us another room even if we explained to here that we have booked a different location. Then finally she point us to the right place approximately 7km away (same owner) At the other place the girl was speaking good english and everything was ok, except for the wellness. "The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"Hotel is easy to access by public transportation. It's just a few bus stops from main station & it's located in close proximity to bus stop. So easy to hop onto transit and acces train to Prague. Hotel is clean and has interior architecture like a castle. Room is spacious, clean and has alll thats needed for your stay. Staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. If I should visit Brno again, this is where I'm staying."

"The room was clean, no issues, the WiFi was pretty fast and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable, and the view was pretty decent. The area was quiet, so it was quite easy to relax. It was decently close to other important locations, like a grocery and the main train station, which was convenient."
