"Clean and quiet apartment. The one we had was small and basic, sleeping on a reasonable quality pull out settee. Location is a green oasis in a business park. Loads of beaches, restaurants and supermarkets within an easy drive. Lift in apartment bock, 4 floors, good sound proofing. Pool can get a bit busy. Good value, basic accommodation."

"This is an excellent place to stay. Walking distance to the city Marina area where there are shops and restaurants in abundance. The only demerit was finding out we needed to give $500 for a damage deposit. This was not mentioned on the Vrbo listing. Otherwise, this was superb."

"Très bel appartement, bien conçu et organisé, bravo pour le lit en 180. La mer à 2 pas et les randonnées sur le littoral. Mais ... le logement n'était pas propre à notre arrivée : sol gras qui n'avait pas été lavé depuis un certain temps, cabine de douche en l'état depuis plusieurs passages avant nous visiblement, intérieur des fours sale. Donc je recommande, mais assurez vous qu'un vrai ménage aura été fait avant votre arrivée."

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Vannes chez Richard. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le centre ville. tout se fait à pied : la gare comme le port sont à une dizaine de minutes. L'appartement est calme, grand et bien aménagé. Et Richard a fait tout ce qu'il fallait pour faciliter notre séjour !"

"In the centre of old Vannes. Energetic climb to the third floor on an old narrow spiral staircase with luggage. Four lock system along the ascent! Contacted the owner/custodian for help about Step 3 of instructions;....the "deadbolt" was really an electronic keypad. The kitchen is small with many features; ...no tongs! Ceiling light... no bulb! It's a lovely and charming Apt. ; we visited in October 2023 for 10 days."
