"The house is even more lovely than the pictures. Spacious, well decorated and kitted out and very clean. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and beds and bedding very comfortable with lots of natural light and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. "Communication was excellent and the property manager was caring. Parking was a little rough and being on a busy street corner wasn’t ideal, but it was very close and within walking distance to downtown which was convenient. The stairs are very creaky which was a little tough with a toddler, but definitely manageable! Lots of room to fit our family of 6."

"Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. "

"From the moment we walked through that revolving door, we felt cared for. Due to a delayed flight, we were running late for a city tour. The desk staff jumped into action, a gentleman offered to park iur car and then drive us to our tour location. We dumped the luggage, changed our shirts and made it to our tour in time. The restaurant got us in for dinner earlier than our reservation and a good nights sleep followed. The mornings check out when just as well. I just cant say enough about the staffs kindness and willingness to help. "

"This is a fabulous place to stay within walking distance to the centre of Derry where you have lots of choices to dine and the bars are lively. Also lots of culture and local sites to explore. Excellent value for money with a freshly cooked breakfast. Jim is an excellent host we will definitely be staying again "
