Had emergency, had to leave to another country. Was told I would get a refund on the days not used. Expedia representatives called and they told them the same thing. Few days later they refused to refund anything then had a gooses chase till I went through my credit card company. Other thing when k was there No hot water working they wouldn’t switch my room until technician came in. Someone’s hair was in shower. Otherwise place is ok

Broken door lock, no ac or ventilation in the room so I had to open the window and hear the noise from outside all night. Checking in was creepy and I had multiple day reservation and left the first night
