Un buen lugar para lograr descansar
Se trata de un pequeño hotel recientemente construído, en una zona algo alejada del pueblo principal que es Villeta. La carretera de acceso está sin pavimentar, así que es algo incómodo. Las instalaciones son modernas, amplias, muy limpias y organizadas. La piscina tiene agua muy fría, es posible que venga directamente de algún río o quebrada cercana. Las habitaciones son confortables, con una pequeña terraza exterior, que da directamente a la zona pública. Sería ideal que instalaran alguna puerta para evitar accesos indeseados. El ingreso es a través de esa terraza, la habitación cuenta con dos camas, y un baño que es muy pequeño. Cuenta con Directv HD El área de restaurante es amplia y cómoda, tienen una carta variada pero en mi parecer costosa. El desayuno está incluido en la tarifa, no es muy variado pero aceptable. Lo mejor es la amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a atender las necesidades de los huéspedes. LO MALO ES QUE HOTELS.COM dice que la entrada es desde las 10.00 am, pero en check in solo nos permitieron hasta las 2:00 pm

Buen descanso pero le falta servicio.
El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas y sencillas, pero sirven para descansar. Dado que es familiar es posible escuchar el ruido de los niños de otras habitaciones - esto puede afectar el descanso en pareja o familias menos ruidosas. El personal del hotel es muy amable y agradable pero parece limitado (muy pocas personas) para hacer todas las labores. El servicio restaurante, dado que es un hotel apartado de la ciudad (10 ~ 15 min en auto), no cumple con las expectativas. El tiempo de atención es muy largo, las órdenes se cruzan unas con otras, y aunque el personal es amable, el servicio en general no es bueno. No justifica el precio.
