Lots of better options nearby.
They never made room up after first night. Second day the hot water went out. The entire hotel waited three hours for hot water and front desk wouldn't admit it was not going to get fixed while admitting more guests.Even without these unexpected events this hotel should have a rating between 6-7, not the 8.8 upon which I chose it.

The place was a complete mess, they did not have a room ready for us, even when we reserved with 15 days in advance. They finally found a different room for us, but when we open the door it was not ready, they did not cleaned, so we moved to another room, just not a good experience.

We made a reservasion but they oversold and they didn’t have a room for us! They sent us to another location a block from the original hotel. The room didn’t have towels and the toilet was broken. They moved us to another room.

simple but nice
It is a small hotel with very friendly staff. The service is good, however minimal. I had to ask for a glass in the bathroom and there is no shampoo. All in all: good value for money.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena. La atención es excelente. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Solo recomiendo que actualicen las almohadas y sábanas ya estan muy usadas. La ubicación es excelente muy cerca de la embajada de Estados Unidos.
