My room was super clean with very comfortable bed as i hoped and chose when booking. The breakfast was my top norch👌. It was delious and had all the varities, i loved loved it. I had a small request and they responded with gratitude. I highly recommend and for sure i will go back when i come back to bogota. Thank you to all the staff they were all super nice.

Great place. From the time we arrived in the cab they were there to open the door. We didn’t have to even touch our luggage. Very welcoming and attentive to every detail and need we had. During breakfast the servers were insanely kind. I rate this place and staff 10

We loved the place as soon as we walked in... but mainly because of the people. they wanted to help us in any way possible. Our room was comfortable and i have to say that i loved the shower. We left the hotel and walked around to find good restaurants.

Stay was good. But I strongly suggest the hotel to consider either A) allowing guests to control the AC temperature in the rooms or B) Install heaters in-room. The rooms are freezing to the point it is unbearable! The weather in Bogota requires rooms with heaters. Wouldn’t stay again due to the uncomfortable room temperature.
