Excellent value for the cost. Friendly and very helpful service, with a tasty breakfast in addition. Room was clean and functional with a good TV and excellent shower. Much better than I expected for the cost. Best thing was the staff/management, who were always available and happy to help.

I actually never stayed at this hotel. When I went to check in at the hotel there was some mistake the hotel had made with booking rooms, so they moved me to another property under their ownership that had an available room.

The breakfast was good and the facilities all worked well. The wifi was fine, the shower gave good hot water, and the breakfast was nice. Only downside for some may be location. It is safe, but a bit of a walk to get to the central area. There is a super market nearby, Olimpica, though

Worst hotel experience ever...after 9 hours on a bus with two kids, arrive to no hot water, dirty towels, and wifi that wouldn't work. Nothing decent to eat within walking distance, in fact area is a dive. Not a sign of breakfast the next morning. Guests sitting around and one little guy running about dealing with check outs, possibly breakfast, who knows...absolutely shocking..

Greatest hotel in Bogota !!
I am extremely glad of having chosen this wonderful hotel...I enjoyed every minute of my stay and the staff is just AWESOME. They will always go the extra mile to help you, I felt like I was at home. I would not stay anywhere else, for their location is also the best, very safe and accommodating if you need to travel anywhere...and the price is unbeatable too !!

Fantastic Staff. Poor English but eager to practice. Was told the neighborhood wasn't dangerous, but was still recommended to have a taxi come straight to the hotel in the evening. A bit far removed to walk anywhere tourists want to be.
