Very good hotel overall. The beds are extremely uncomfortable (too hard) but this is very common in most communication Colombian hotels. The gym was small with limited equipment. The rooftop pool was not functional. Other than that, room was clean and quiet and then location is good.

The only thing I didn't like were the towels and replacement of the material in the bathrooms that we always asked to replace, as well as the pillow cases. The rest was excellent. A pity that for these details they can lower the quality of the service they offer
