What I liked the most definitely is the location! Everything is just right there, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, tons of options, safe, peaceful, although a bit noisy sometimes but nothing disturbing! The Staff is way beyond any expectation, specially a boy named Dilan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on weekends you have a whole world to discover at the flea market just around the corner. A great place to stay if you want to save some money. Ppl around are helpful, polite, and willing to advise what to do or not. Strong police presence everywhere, This is the second time I booked this Colonial style hotel, but it was my first time staying over a week. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful and delicious, with all you need to beging your day, eggs (the way you want it) fresh natural fruit juice, hot coffee, Colombian Arepas, and pieces of fruits of the day. They offer transportation from and to the airport for 70,000 COP around $18 for a 40 minutes ride. This is the place to Stay in Bogotá if you travel in a budget or just want to save some money!

The only complaint I have is the uncomfortable mattress and the tiny shower area! Maybe bc I got the cheapest bedroom. Good place to stay a couple of days. I loved the area despite the huge street remodeling right in front the hotel entrance. All of the staff are amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Safe place to take a walk around, lost of restaurant, good bars, shopping within a block distance. I woukd definitely stay again in a short trip to Bogotá!

Be very careful when choosing this hotel since the surrounding roads are closed for reconstruction, so there is no direct access to the hotel,It is quite inconvenient because you will have to walk with your luggage on very narrow sidewalks and if you have big lugagge and you dont know the area It's frustratin. also if you need transportation You would need to walk and get it if you a foreing tourist in Bogota this is not the ideal. I chose a room with three beds which is located behind a restaurant and in front of the lobby the restaurant had loud music until late at night and is connected through a large window Which did not allow us to go to sleep at decent hours, I was traveling with my 2 kids 9 and 20 years old We were out all day We wanted to go back shower and rest so that was a NO!. Internet wasnt the best and our room wasn't very clean it has mold in the walls and never got clean in the 3 days We stayed in there. No clean towels etc etc No one Will help you with your luggage or to find transportation. In case you need it So when you posted a property as boutique hotel Your expectations are different. It is more like a bed and breakfast. The lobby closes around 10 pm I think for security so anytime that a guest showed up late at night you would hear a ring bell like literally inside our bedroom. Pictures are not accurate. I love the area full of life and restaurants but is a mess right now, Im feeling very sorry for the bussiness located in the area.

This is NOT A HOTEL This is a hostel. Noisy all the time. You can’t sleep because can hear clearly the others rooms noise and sounds People friendly. But the installations all terrible. Probably for a cheap night in a hotels is ok. I can’t understand why Expedia say is a hotel. I don’t recommend this place.

Great location, cozy and clean place. I just didn’t like the noise in my room, and I’m not talking about exterior nor street noise, it was from inside of the very hotel, over all that one coming from the front desk. My room was 101 and I had to bear talks from the staff near my room.

I liked that the hotel has a restaurant. Friendly staff and its own taxi service. Did not like that you can hear the noise in the hall and the garden downstairs.

Great location in the center of Usaquen. The public areas could be better presented - the week I was there old tiles and sacks for a minor building project didn't move from the entrance. That said, for the price, a good choice.

Great location and service at a good price.
Good hotel. Clean, in a great area, with great service. The shower could be bigger and the courts in should be replaced with a glass door. Aside from that it is a great place.

Disappointing
My experience may be partly related to the room I got, but not completely. Service is poor considering how amazing Colombians are by nature. Check in is 3pm, which is on the late side, but very little effort was made to figure out a way I could comfortably wait. I was told I would get coffee at 6am before I left for my flight, no coffee, I had to ask 2 times until finally someone got me some. From my room, which was near the front desk, I could hear the front desk people talking, which they should try and keep quiet in the evenings and early mornings. On the other side of my room was the restaurant. Literally, if I opened my bedroom window, I could order a drink. While this was sort of convenient, the sounds from the TV and chatting at the restaurant were not. It also meant that I got no natural light in the room. Finally, the power would turn on an off through the night, making noises every time the TV rebooted. This interrupted, an already bad sleep. The neighborhood is fantastic, the heat and water is fine. It was just a very uncharging experience in a very charming area.

Love it
This hotel is like a boutique or Bed and Breakfast hotel. I think it has only 10 rooms. Staff are great and they are always willing to help. Breakfast is always on time and they have options. I was happy with their breakfast which can be served at the restaurant or delivered to your room. It has a great location! Walking distance to the mall (hacienda Santa Barbara, which has stores, supermarket , movie teather and restaurants), to the Fundacion santa Fe hospital, 2 blocks away to the main avenue, surrounded by all kind of restaurants, bars, lounges and cafes. There is a handcraft bazaar taking place all weekends and with a very colonial feeling (some streets are still in stones with a main court place and a church). Cons: maybe be a little bit noisy and the power of the water for shower and toilet is a little bit low; but in general and for the price, location and service; I give a 10 out of 10 to this hotel. Love it !
