Inconformidad por atención del personal
Llegamos al hostal a realizar check-in a las 10 pm, al llegar el personal del hostal nos informó que el hostal estaba casi en su totalidad copado, no figuraba ninguna reserva a mi nombre y solo podían ofrecerme una habitación cerca a la cocina, la cual se nos informo que no podríamos descansar bien, que escucharía mucho ruido, que de hecho estaba disponible porque quien se había hospedado con anterioridad la habia dejado antes de tiempo por el ruido, como estaba tan tarde decidimos hospedarnos ahi y al dia siguiente buscamos donde hospedamos en otro hostal. La habitación estaba limpia, pero me molesto que no se disculparan por lo sucedido y que nos recomendaran de inmediato irnos a otro local y mas que eran las 10 pm, a esa hora no seria facil conseguir un lugar para descansar. Por mi experiencia no recomiendo hospedarse en este hostal.
