This hotel is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. It does not uses Expedia anymore so I was left out to find another hotel in a rush since my reservation was not booked.

Never keep their promise
They do not hold the promise of the kind of room you reserve in hotels.com. They gave us a smaller room with only one bed when in fact we have reserved a room with two beds. Do not trust what they promise in terms of type of room

Las fotos no son la realidad del sitio, hay poca iluminación, no hay aire acondicionado, por lo que se encierra mucho calor en el cuarto, la persona que recibe no sabia nada de la reservación que habíamos hecho... No lo recomiendo
