El PEOR hotel que hemos conocido. This was our worst experience ever in a hotel. Everything was HORRIBLE, from the receptionist, to the room, the food, the attention and service from the employees. This is the WORST hotel that we have even been!!!

Demasiado calor en las habiataciones y te cobran hasta el agua que te dan en la comida me parece injusto porque supuestamente incluyen el desayuno y solo ofrecen café y chocolate caliente y un niño que no tome ni café ni chocolate va a pedir agua la cual no está incluida en el desayuno

US Embassy visit
Good hotel and friendly staff. I paid hotel on hotel.com app and they charged me extra stating taxes were not paid. First time I experienced that situation. I paid the tax because it was short stay and had no time to dispute. They should advertise at hotel that extra fee will be charged for tax at checkin. Overall good place and short wake to US Embassy
