El personal nos cobro extra por impuestos, cargos del hotel y otras cosas y nos querian dar un recibo, aparte la habitación tenia un jacuzzi, el cual no pudimos usar porque teníamos que pagar una cantidad de dinero absurda para poderlo usar, también el lavamanos estaba tapado y la chica que nos atendió super grocera. En fin una terrible experiencia en este hotel

Overall the experience was ok, the staff were a bit mean and plain, not sure if they aren't happy with their jobs or they were having a bad day. I just like to have a polite a nice attitude from people, specially when you are paying for a service. But it is an ok hotel to stay, I'll try something else area, next time.
