"We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. "Amazing stay at this property with a family of 5 (3 teens) and our service dog. Everyone was extremely comfortable and please with the space. Not only that, but the landscaping is beautiful. Balcony was a perfect place to unwind after being out all day. Although a gas fire place outside would make this comfortable in the cold winter. "We were so pleasantly surprised by this wonderful little hotel! It was beautifully situated by Lake Como, within easy walking distance to the lake. It had a great little kitchen and was steps from a small grocery store that sold delicious food which we prepared and ate on our patio while the church bells chimed. "We had a wonderful couple of days. Matteo the manager of the apartments is so knowledgeable and friendly that you can't help but be inspired to visit some the many varied and beautiful places he speaks of so passionately. Apartment is inexpensive and a great place to stay. It is simple and clean and has everything you need. It is good value for money. Parking on site is an asset too. We intend to go back next year. "

Seven Park Hotel Lake Como - Adults Only

Modern, clean & spacious

"We arrived on a Thursday night. The check-in experience was good. Fast, friendly and concise welcome from the reception staff. We were also given a voucher each for a free welcome drink from the bar. The room was really nice, clean, modern and also very spacious. We noticed 1 fault which was the air conditioning. It was extremely warm and would not blow cold. The reception tried to fix it but the temperature kept rising to 25.5 C degrees. As a workaround, the reception gave us a fan for the room and advised us to turn off the air conditioning completely. Colico itself although extremely beautiful and picturesque, seems like a fairly sleepy little town but we visited over a very rainy Easter weekend so we expect that the footfall in the area increases drastically in the summer. We will definitely visit again and stay at Seven Park Hotel as the location is excellent and the train station is also just 3-4 minutes walk away. "

"Thanks to Richard, Anna, Colin, Marta and the team; we really enjoyed our stay at the Villa! Everyone was so lovely and welcoming, the food and local wines were delicious and we got some sun in-between the rain to take in the scenery. We cannot fault the hotel or staff and thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
