"The property was excellent and it was unfortunate that the pool was closed as it was disappointing to the children who wanted to use it. Staff was very accommodating and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Would have liked to have a people access point through the gate from the parking lot for those who have trouble climbing stairs. "

"I booked a one night stay in a bungalow with my two kids and aimed to arrive around 8:30 on a winters night. Unfortunately then my troubles began. Google maps and the Expedia confirmation email lists a location for this place which is about 4km away and it completely threw me. I eventually learnt from a hotel receptionist that I had been misdirected and was told where to go.
