"We booked the place at the last moment and paid in advance and double checked with them that we will arrive at 4am on the next day ( after check in time) and if that would be ok for check in at that time. They respond that won’t be a problem and when we arrive at the place there wasn’t a booking ( even if we paid). At least they found another place where slept for a night. "

I called reception twice and got put on hold. I had to go myself at 2am to demand a room change. Was told they were fully booked. Young inexperienced rude staff all male. Eventually they gave me a different room after a lot of arguing and demanding my moment back. Suddenly they had availability. Would not recommmend you waste...
