"I have stayed here a number of times while visiting family. While it is in the heart of the city square it’s not easy to get to via car as most of the roads leading close to the hotel are closed. There are no safes in the room, rooms did not have ironing boards or irons. The comforters barely cover beds. My mom and sister stayed at other hotels in the city and both were far better experiences. Nice quality comforters and pillow."

"Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. "I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "
