From the welcome on reception when booking in right through to checking out in the morning every member of staff who we interacted with was friendly, attentive and welcoming. "Your website description is incorrect. No separate shower and bath in a cottage suite and no bathrobes. Fortunately we have stayed there before in a cottage suite therefore did not expect these. However for anyone who has not stayed before misleading and needs to be corrected."
