"It was one night stay before religious rituals in Gaya. Hotel appears to be new and staff are new. There was only one chair in the room. Need to improve. I think it will be ok going forward when staff get experience "

"Staff was unable to understand guest request and statements often. Due to inadequate bathroom in the first assignment, we had to move to another room with better bathroom. At 11 pm, no one was at the reception desk and no response by dialing #9, reception desk extension. Also front door was LOCKED (on 24 Jan)! Actually no hotel staf was located anywhere. Very dangerous practice."

"The property is good overall, specially for Buddhist pilgrimage. However if you are a pure vegetarian, you will face problems in food. Not only in the restaurant but in entire Bodhgaya. Apart from that we had a pleasant time in Bodhgaya and this hotel."

"Property though looking good the facilities are not serviced properly. No back up power when power went off for half hour. No hot water in morning. Cafeteria start only at 7 am. "
