The place is old but generally comfortable. Easy walking down to the beach and access to Bodega Dunes park. The problem we had was the heating system. In the winter B Bay can get pretty cold, low 40's, and the electric heat took a long time to make it comfortable. Bring sweaters and light jackets. If it rains the road leading to it can have big puddles and mud. If you can, get the owner to turn the heat on before you arrive.

Right near the beach. Great neighborhood. Close to Jenner Headlands and other nice beaches. House is very well-stocked, and very clean

Charming, cozy place
This is the second time we have stayed at this charming beach home. It has everything we need for a nice, relaxing stay. Walks on the beach, reading in the back yard, fires in the outdoor fire pit. We booked it again for next summer!!

Much needed R&R
We’ve just finished two and a half years of caregiving for and passing of my mother, we needed a peaceful place to rejuvenate our batteries, Jennifer was very kind and accommodating, her property is charming and very peaceful. Our pups enjoyed the fully fenced yard, they loved being off leash. We’re looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Quick beach visit
We absolutely loved staying here! The house was so cozy and you can’t beat the location to the beach. We loved having coffee outside every morning and hiking over the dunes to the beach in the afternoon. We’d totally stay here again!

Best beach getaway ever
Sun? At the Sonoma coast? We had four days in a row of sunshine at an excellent beach retreat. All the chaise loungers you could ask for, the Pacific a five minute stroll away, a clean cozy house with great beds and the sound of ocean waves lulling us to sleep. Jennifer is an attentive, organized house, the whole experience was top notch! We can’t wait to return!

What a fantastic location. We just loved the proximity to the beach and it was great to explore the wonderful hilly dunes in back of the house. Fantastic communication with host! Wouid stay here again in a heartbeat!

Unique Property
Huge fenced yard attached to the property, making it especially nice for dogs and kids. Comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen . Big plus, you can hear the ocean all night long.
