Welcome to Villa Number Ten

Escape to this little piece of paradise and relax on the quiet and lovely sandy beach just steps away... Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, away from the hustle and bustle of 7Mile Beach, and within walking distance to some shops, fish fry on the beach and a few restaurants. Modern finishes equipped with a full kitchen stocked with the basic essentials like coffee and spices. The condo is also stocked with shower soaps, beach toys, coolers..etc. Smart TVs, Bose soundbar, Alexa, video games, board games, books and more.

A rental car is not included however highly recommended as the island is too beautiful not to explore. You can rent a car from the Expedia website for as low as $9/day! Just choose "GCM Owen Roberts International Airport" for the pickup and drop off location as the rental car companies are a 3-5 minute walk from the airport entrane/exit doors :)

***SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Please note that the condo is better suited for 4 guests or 2 couples as additional guests will have to sleep on the sectional sofa trundle bed in the living room and/or a queen blow up mattress (stored in one of the bedroom closets) which is not like sleeping on the gel memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms. If you would like to save money on accommodations, the unit can sleep up to 8 as I do not charge extra for extra guests so please be mindful if you are tryng to save on accommodation costs and do what you can to keep the condo clean and tidy***

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page .

Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach that Mother Nature gifts us which is out of our control and the landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis. There are several beautiful beaches around the island that you could explore and the property is stocked with portable folding beach chairs, cooler and some beach goodies you bring with you to enjoy when exploring.

For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.

TRAVELLING WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS/FAMILY AND NEED TO BOOK EXTRA VILLAS?
Please ask about the two other villas that are in the same complex and within steps of each other so you all can be close and still have your own space.

This property was so perfect for our Family of 5 3 children ages 6-11 on kids. The host was on top of everything. The location is perfect ! 30 mins to either side of the island. The kitchen has so many pots and pans we saved a fortune grocery shopping and cooking our meals there. This was a vacation the kids will never forget. Beach access was perfect swimming and snorkeling feet from out front door. We loved our stay and when we return to the beautiful Grand cayman I can’t think of staying anywhere else!

We had an amazing time at this property. The host was extremely quick to reply to any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house itself was lovely — clean, comfortable, and stocked with so many thoughtful items that made our stay even better. The location is fantastic with great beach access, and the area is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this home and would happily stay here again.

What an amazing trip we had to the Cayman Island! Condo was virtually right in the middle, so made exploring the island easy. I don't think I have ever been so close to the beach/ocean, literally steps as described in the listing. As others said in earlier reviews this year, water would have been better enjoyed without the sargassum, as it distorted the beauty of the water. However, did keep us from getting in and the water temp was amazing. Pool so close to the beach as well. Wasn't crowded at all as it was off-season, so met some other great people that were staying in the surrounding condos. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo right on the beach! We really enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and the beautiful pool area in the evenings. We used the kayak and paddle board which were wonderful! The condo was well stocked with kitchen items and toiletries. We had a small issue with the oven and also an issue with the front door lock which took quite a while to resolve on our first day. Livia was very responsive. Would stay again if visiting the island.

This place was so much fun! We had 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) and the place was perfect for them. There was a high chair, baby gate, and lots of beach supplies. There are hundreds of hermit crabs outside every night that my kids loved finding. We found tons of conch shells and sea glass as well. The sargassum was a bummer but no fault of the VRBO owner. We drove to different beaches every day. Overall we loved the place.

Lovely vacation spot on the beach!

This beach spot is absolutely stunning! The pool overlooking the beach is gorgeous, and number 10 has a patio with an ocean view. The kitchen is super clean and has everything we needed. The owner was really helpful when we had a small issue. We had an amazing time! It’s not too far from the botanical Gardens turtle farm and Seven Mile Beach. There are lots of great local restaurants nearby, and it feels more like a local place than Seven Mile Beach, which we’ve been to before.

Beautiful quiet beach

The condo was clean and had plenty of cooking supplies. The patio (only place you can see the water from the condo) is shared with the other condos (the other guests were very quiet). The beach was beautiful and very quiet. There were beach chairs. Bring water shoes to get out into the water. Great snorkeling. The only downside was traffic noise and smell so you couldn't eat on the patio. You absolutely need a car to get to any restaurants or other beaches.

Bodden Town experience

The property was exactly as advertised. Simple check in and out. We went for the beach and was not disappointed! 10 steps out the door and my feet were in the sand. We stayed for 3 weeks and met so many friendly people staying there as well. The unit itself had everything we needed. The linens were fresh and clean. We took advantage of the books as well. Our only real complaint about the location is you really cannot walk anywhere. There are no sidewalks and not much for shoulders to walk on so we had to drive everywhere.

So much more than we expected!

We can't properly convey how wonderful our experience was. This was our first trip to Grand Cayman, and this property was absolutely perfect. The host was extremely responsive at all times. The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser which was much appreciated. We are already planning our return trip for next February. You will be amazed at the peaceful vibe this home offers. The beach is virtually private, and the snorkeling is stunning...all you have to do is walk into the water from the beachfront! Make sure you have dinner at Tukka, East End. The food is amazing! Great Location

We didn't want to stay in the crowded 7-mile beach area, so we chose Bodden Town instead. The property was perfect for the 3 of us -- close enough to walk to a few places and not too far to drive to others. There were only 10 units so the pool and beach were never crowded. The people (locals & visitors) were all very friendly.

This property was perfect for my family of 5. "Steps to the beach" was NOT an exaggeration. We were able to walk out the back patio door and directly onto the BEAUTIFUL beach that was essentially private. The pool was perfectly located to overlook the pristine beach. Bodden Town was quiet and peaceful with just a short drive anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend!

Kind and responsive host

We actually weren’t able to stay at Livia’s property due to a medical injury that happened before we left. As result my trip insurance was worthless and we were obligated to pay for the full time there. Lydia was so gracious as to offer us a discount on a subsequent stay and was always very responsive to our communications We sincerely hope to be able to visit Bodden Town in 2025.

Perfect stay and exactly what we hoped for

My husband and I love the Cayman Islands and this was our first family vacation since the pandemic. We chose this apartment because we wanted something low key and away from the tourist hub and what a great find. The apartment is very clean and has everything you could possibly need, especially if you’re traveling with kids. Plenty of clean towels, beach/pool toys, and every utensil you’d need in the kitchen. My girls loved having a tv in their room and being able connect to our Netflix and other streaming accounts from home. There was a lovely little beach shack less than a 5 min walk that serves amazing Caribbean food, and I really liked that the area was a mix of locals and tourists. Very quiet, safe and pleasant area. I will definitely go back.

Awesome Spring Break Vacay!

Our nine days in paradise were absolutely spectacular! The condo was perfect and we loved the location as the entire island was within 20 minutes of driving. Our host was very responsive when we arrived and throughout our stay. We hope to come back soon! Our favorite beach on the entire island was this one! Sometimes we had the entire beach to our self. We enjoyed snorkeling. Everyday was a new adventure and saw different marine life including many conch, lobster, puffer fish, a small sting ray, a barracuda, and many species of fish. The best snorkeling was to the left and close of the sand bar near where the waves were braking. We saw a sea turtle at Spotts beach which was within about 10 minutes or so drive. Cove beach was also close by and fun. The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. I would highly recommend some inexpensive water shoes if you choose to snorkel without fins. It was also nice to see a "pay it forward'" sun screen bucket but would highly recommend bringing sun screen as the sun is very strong and the sun screen is quite expensive on the island. Hurley's about 15 minutes east is the best store for groceries.

We enjoyed are time at grand cayman the property was nice beds were comfortable You can have coffee on the patio and watch the water parking is easy to access all was really good

Restful and Relaxing

The property was very clean and just as listed. The property owner was very accommodating and friendly. You are about 30 minutes from Georgetown and 30 minutes from Rum Point, so be prepared to drive. This was not a problem for us as we had a car and felt comfortable driving the island. The beach was clean and we almost felt as if we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. One item I would suggest is the property place a mirror on the end of the driveway, it is very difficult to see when trying to get out. Good snorkeling. We love being away from the limelight so this property was perfect for our family. Would certainly suggest this to all.

Christmas on the Beach

Our flight arrived much earlier than check-in, but our host responded to a message immediately and we were able to drop our bags inside and enjoy the beach while the space was cleaned. Arrived to discover the location and space were much nicer than the pictures conveyed! Well stocked kitchen for cooking, actually included amenities for small children, beautiful view of the beach from the walk-out, beach and grounds were well maintained, and the snorkeling was spectacular. Will definitely be looking to stay again the next time we vacation in the islands!

Family vacation with friends

We enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze villa #10. The beach is beautiful with crystal clear waters and sandy entry. My 5 year old and 10 year old enjoyed splashing at the beach and making sand castles. We also enjoyed the pool. The apartment is well stocked and the location is convenient with rather easy access from the airport and to the other parts of the island to explore. We would definitely come back !
