Sleep comfortably on a couch with a professional sleeping function, equipped with a real stable bed frame and comfort gel mattress. On the 1.40 x 2.00 meter bed there is enough space for a restful sleep of two people.
With two simple steps you can turn two office tables into a large, cozy dining area. For longer stays, all facilities and equipment for housekeeping.
The apartment is located in a residential area in a quiet location. Public transport and shops are within walking distance. If you want to explore the Ruhr area, there is a connection to the main traffic artery of the Ruhr area (A 40). In the area there is an outdoor swimming pool, the musical Starlight Express and a large shopping center.

Ruhige Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung
Wir waren eine Woche hier und sind täglich nach Dortmund gefahren. Die ÖPNV-Verbindungen sind gut, die Lage der Wohnung im ruhigen und grünen Wohnviertel ist sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, haben wir aber nicht benutzt aus Zeitmangel, daher keine Bewertung. Das Bett war bequem, großer Kleiderschrank, gute Beleuchtung.
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur/dem Vermieter klappte ausgezeichnet.
