Tremendous stay. Breakfast in the hotel each morning was a bargain and super helpful wait staff and food options. The pool was great, but please add some way for seniors to enter and leave it easily. Neighborhood fantastic for food options - incredible pastor down the street, but also a Dairy Queen if you need a fix. I would come back and soon.

El personal es grosero, como que no les gusta atender ni resolver. Te dicen que elnvsmet guarda tu vehículo y por la mañana tú con todo y maletas tienes que caminar 3 cuadras para ir por tu vehículo , porque no hay servicio de valet en el día . En el baño salían las cucarachas y la señora de limpieza andaba tocando puertas para que nos saliéramos antes del check out . El elevador viejísimo y se atora . Los cuartos huelen a mucha humedad.

El hotel tiene instalaciones muy viejas, las camas nada cómodas, el baño no servía. El estacionamiento está a una calle en un lote de construcción. Las imágenes no hacen justicia con lo que hay en el hotel.

Muy abandonado en general, el baño super pequeño y feo, los muebles viejos repintados... Las áreas comunes con olor a comida del comedor y la gente de recepción super apática. Lo único que era bueno era el chico Valet Parking y la camarista... Xq son los que uno les deja propina ... No lo recomiendo para nada

Lo único bueno de la propiedad es la ubicación. Lo malo, comenzaré con las instalaciones siendo muy viejas, mal estado de mobiliario, piso roto, ventanas sucias con excremento de palomas y salitre por todas las paredes, no hay teléfono, el colchón y las almohadas incómodas aunque lo único rescatable es que las sábanas y las toallas olían a limpio. No te ofrecen amenidades suficientes y no hay botellas de agua en la habitación. En las áreas comunes no hay limpieza hay mucha maleza seca de las plantas que tienen en los balcones, el elevador parece que se va a caer. No hay valet parking por la noche, te tienes que estacionar en la calle o en el estacionamiento el cual se encuentra a dos cuadras y personalmente tienes que ir a dejar tu coche. El.personal amable a secas, no te hacen sentir cómodo y mucho menos tienen la parte de la educación ya que ni siquiera el saludo te dirigen. No volvería a este hotel y desafortunadamente muchos huéspedes caemos en la falsa publicidad que le dan en este aplicación.
