"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. "We had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described. We left the windows open for the cool night air and we slept well through the night. The town was very quiet when we visited (June, before school break), but it was just the quiet lovely space that we wanted.
