Requiring both lift and stair access. Reception staff came to room to guide and offered help though. No kettle,cups or tea coffee facilities. Unwanted mini bar though. "We had a very good experience even though it was just for sleeping. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast for two days, it was great (no bacon and eggs). Very clean and everything new, jungle theme. The only thing that we didn’t like was the no facility of tea/coffee/kettle in the room. Bar/coffee at the reception area. Thank you very much."

"A decent hotel in the "new town" of Riano (the old one having been flooded by the dam construction). Room was large, double bed, well-equipped bathroom with toiletries. The area is quiet, safe and has views of the reservoir and mountains. My rate did not include breakfast, but it is available at 6 Euro (orange juice, coffee and toast)"

"We loved this quiet place with a magnificient view on the mountains. We were the only one, the appartment above was not rented, so it was really quiet. In the neighbourhood you can make beautifull walks. There are no shops in the neighbourhood, so make sure to do shoppings before arrival."
