DON’T STAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY €15 FOR WIFI
The management at this hotel was honestly not impressive at all.
Starting with the negatives - we were in the hotel for a total of about 6 hours excluding sleeping time and had to still pay €15 for WiFi PER DEVICE! We specifically asked the reception staff multiple times whether it would reach our room, gave them our room number to check (a superior sea view room) and they assured us it would reach, but of course it didn’t reach our room! We then asked for our money back as we could not use it and just to tell our parents we were safe we had to come down to reception and they refused saying we had logged in so they couldn’t use these vouchers again - we checked and you could actually log in to multiple devices with one token so they lied to us and cheated us. Not impressed at all!
The plug sockets in our room did not work so we had to unplug the TV just to charge our phones!
There was an awful smell outside our superior sea view room which smelt like sewage and rotting animals!
You have to keep walking to reception to top up a usage card if you want to spend anything at all in this hotel which was very inconvenient as it was a 6 minute hill walk every time!
The reception staff were clueless about tours and all other things.
The buildings were pretty good except for the 3 minute uphill walk to our room and the general staff (excluding reception and management) were absolutely lovely and really went out of their way to provide the best possible service!
Overall: BAD!
