"We stayed at Palm Resort for only one night, as a jumping-off point to Koh Ngai and Koh Muk. If that's what you're looking for, this is a great place. Basic, but clean. Air conditioning, acceptable bed, refrigerator. For $20-something dollars, it's quite good. But if you're looking for an actual resort for a multiple-day vacation, this is not it. "The check in was very easy and quick. Unfortunately while the room was accessible for a wheelchair its bathroom wast very easy for to get into and only had a tub but not a shower as I requested and there were no grab bars by the toilet. Otherwise the room was spacious and the double bed was comfortable."

"The owners were very helpful and kind. The food was excellent and cheap! The beach went on for a mile or more. The owners left me in peace but right there when i needed anything. The only bad part was the bed and pillows. The bed is a half inch piece of foam wrapped around a wooden box placed on top of another wood box. The pillows felt similar. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Sivalai Beach Resort very much. The staff are kind, observant and diligent. The facilities are highly maintenanced and both indoor and outdoor areas are kept clean, even the beaches are being swept, an effort that are highly apreciated. And most importantly, the kitchen there is really doing a great job. In all, we had a really time there."

"The eco-focus of this adorable hotel shines through. The fantastic dinner was a delightful surprise, with local dishes I hadn't previously experienced. The service was delightful and the location is a perfect jumping-off spot for the Trang islands. The eco-consciousness of this hotel is present without feeling overt - really delightful. "

"The Reef resort was lovely as were the staff who were extremely friendly and attentive. They pride themselves on their scuba diving and beautiful reef which can be accessed using the paddle boards or kayaks which are free to use. This island is very small and underdeveloped which was our main reason for visiting, and while the Reef resort was amazing an adult only option would have been a better choice for us. If you are a family travelling with children you will not be disappointed "
