Sea Breeze is located opposite the long, wide, golden stretch of sandy beach, backed by sand dunes which are a haven for wildlife and a designated area of Special Nature Conservation in Blyth. The area is popular all year around, with a surf school on the beach attracting surfers and swimmers. Just a short walk from Sea Breeze, which has a Juliet balcony on the front opening out to maximise the sea view where you may be lucky enough to spot some dolphins that frequent this part of the coastline in Northumberland.

Why not hire one of the pretty little beach huts for the day whilst enjoying some of the finest fish and chips in the area from the nearby ice cream and fish shop only 100 yards away? A little further long is a promenade and a pier marking the mouth of the River Blyth, and the wall of Blyth Harbour sits at the northern end of the beach. The town centre is about half a mile north of the beach and has excellent facilities.
Blyth is on a special part of the coast leading south to Whitley bay and Tynemouth, two wonderful towns with an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars for all ages and tastes. Be mesmerised by the iconic Spanish City, regenerated in 2018 but originally built in 1910, this gorgeous space is home to a selection of eating places including a champagne bar on the top floor taking in the views of one of the local beaches. Travel north up the coast to Newbiggin-by -the-Sea and stop off to look at the offshore sculpture by Sean Henry ‘The Couple’, then travel on up to Amble, a friendly little town with a working harbour. Sea Breeze is a perfect location for exploring north and south in this beautiful diverse county where you will be spoilt for choice for things to see and do; should you choose not to go far, there is plenty within walking distance to keep all age groups happy.
