"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

"The unit is big and spacious but quite old and dirty. If you don’t mind living in the unit with the cockroaches then give it a try. The location is very good. The photos are deceiving."

"My room was overlooking the Manila Bay which was a great view. Room was very clean and you have everything you need. The best part was Melanie who was so nice and friendly. She accommodated my requests and communication was excellent. Superb service. "

A pleasant surprise

"Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in wrt value for money but more so the extraordinary level of friendliness of the staff. They quickly remember your name, always a smile and hello, very helpful with requests. I have been on the road for 2 months of the time, been doing APAC business development for 30+ years and the staff here were outstanding. Sorry I cant list everyone but from my memeory major shout out to Maria and Jerwin ( front desk, David at the roof top restaurant ( thanks for making my bitter melon special drinks ), Bennie pool attendant ( always a greeting followed by witty convos ), Queeny/Phoebe/CJ….thank you all for making my stay uber pleasant. Will definitely be back next time!"
