Waterfront “State of Mind” vintage home.

Quaint 3 bedroom 2 bath 1960 river house set on 2 acres on the beautiful May River. Stones throw from downtown. Gorgeous views, incredible breeze, quiet, private, historical area. Backs up to an adjacent privately owned 15 acre farm. One level ranch style with three bedrooms. Kitchen and bath updates. New furnishings. Two small bathrooms each with a shower yet also a wonderful outside shower. Elliptical machine if you want some indoor exercise. Foosball table, small basketball court with 2 goals, fire pit, grill, and a horseshoe pit for fun entertainment inside or out! Short walk to downtown, NO dock. Bikes available upon request or through PEDALS HH 888-699-1039 if you would rather bike to town for lunch, dinner, or drinks.

This house gave us a lovely peaceful break after our Road Trip. The location and views from the house were wonderful. Most Peaceful Low Country Retreat

Fabulous Vacation Getaway
We absolutely LOVED this amazing property!!! It is in a beautiful yet convenient location on the water. The house is spacious and well stocked with everything you need. The property is quaint and comfortable with several amenities that the older children enjoyed. The view is incredible! We were in town for a wedding and wished to have more time to spend at the property.
