There is a great back yard space with a covered pergola with swings and gas fireplace. It’s a perfect spot to spend your evenings. You can also stargaze while enjoying the hot tub in the backyard.
There is plenty to do in the area from golf to tennis to beautiful beaches. The closest beach on Hilton Head Island is only 15 minutes away. Savannah, GA is a beautiful Southern town and only 30 minutes away.

There is also an in-law apartment above the garage available for larger groups for extra fee. The apartment has a king bed, full bathroom, and built in bunk beds that are not in an enclosed bedroom. The hot tub is $100 fee per stay. Please let us know at the time of the reservation whether you planning to use it. For parties above 8 adults there is an in-law apartment available on the property above the garage. The apartment is a one bedroom, one bath apartment with built in bunkbeds that are not in an enclosed room. It has a full kitchen and a living room.
