"Great place. Place was immaculate when we checked in. Close to town for restaurants and bars but right off main road that takes you down the west coast of Seneca lake. So, easy drive to the wineries. I would definitely book again if we return. PS: 2 parking spots for the unit are available. Had a few conversations with the host and she responded immediately. "

The Wagner Restaurant has the best breakfast with a small town diner feel - we ate their every morning for breakfast. In addition to the excellent location, the studio was remodeled perfectly and equipped with top of the line amenities... better than any hotel! "Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay. The bedroom contains no furniture except for the bed and one very small night...
