Check-in was a breeze; the staff met all our requests we entered when booking online. The room was amply detailed with towels and pillows, and during a very cold January in North Texas, the room temperature was perfect. It was nice to have an easy to access thermostat in the room, but we never needed to adjust it. We were particularly happy with the courteous and helpful front desk staff who checked us in and out. They are the kind of persons you hope you will encounter when staying away from home. "
