Play, shop and dine from the highly sought after location of Blue Ridge Station! This top floor condo offers one king bedroom with bath suite, one queen bedroom with bath across the hall, large kitchen and spacious family area with nice view through the balcony doors. Condo is right across from the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and only sound you hear is the train whistle calling the people aboard. Enjoy people watching and a view of the many shops and restaurants while having beverages on the private balcony with patio furniture for 4. Blue Ridge Station offers 24 hour security coded entry, elevator access to all floors, and great location for walking to all things downtown. There is assigned covered parking for one vehicle and additional unassigned parking on first come first serve basis. The condo has large TVs in both bedrooms and family area for relaxing after a day of seeing all the sights. You will love the condo that feels like a very nice, clean, well appointed, comfortable home away from home.

This condo is gorgeous! Great location to shopping, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, and great downtown restaurants! This new condo has all the furnishings needed for a great getaway!! The owner is very attentive and wants to ensure you have a relaxing stay as well! Will definitely stay here again!

Blue Ridge Perfection
I cannot say enough about how beautiful and comfortable this condo in Downtown Blue Ridge is! The location is absolutely perfect…close to everything in downtown, but also so quiet and relaxing. The condo has everything you could possibly need or want. The property manager was so attentive and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and our stay. You definitely want to book your stay here…we are already planning another visit!

Ann’s condo is perfect . So quaint and cozy . Beautifully decorated . A great place to spend Thanksgiving. The kitchen was fully stocked so I was able to prepare the meal there for my hubby and two kids . I will definitely rent again ! Perfect location for shopping too on Main St.

We stayed here at the start of the holiday season. The host was super helpful and responsive from the time I booked the condo months before. The condo itself is gorgeous, immaculate, and with lots of thoughtful extras (plenty of towels and toilet paper!). The location is right downtown, in the middle of everything. Couldn’t be happier with our stay! Thank you!

Georgia Gem!
Look no further! This is the perfect place, in the perfect location to see the North Georgia mountains! The condo is in a beautiful building and the unit itself is excellently appointed. It’s like staying in a Lucy hotel but more like home.

Upscale Condo in the heart of downtown
Everything was a "10", but above that was the owner. Ann answered all our questions really fast. She even texted to ask how we were doing!! My sister and I were there to visit family, and we have never been treated so well. We would love to come back. We felt like we were in a friend's home, and we both said we didn't want to leave. This condo is only 4 years old, but it looked like we were the first ones to stay there. It was so clean and tastefully decorated.
