When we arrived, nobody greeted us or responded to our greeting until a conversation in Hindi held by 4 people, 2 of them customers, ended. Then we were only asked for our names, driver's licenses, and credit card. We needed to take a late check-out because we were going to another place after 3 p.m., way later than 11 a.m., their check-out time. The clerk did not understand our questions, which we repeated multiple times, and at the end, he answered: "No, checkout at 11 a.m. only," and stood up showing us the exit door.
While we waited standing, the smell of something being cooked next door to the reception (which looked more like a storage room) filled the entire place. It smelled like some meat being boiled with spices or something like that. It was very strong.
We went to the room as indicated, and found the TV had broken speakers, the smoke alarm had been ripped from its place, and the bathroom had mold all over the shower curtain and the sink. The coffee maker would overfill the very small cups provided, regardless of the size chosen to brew the drink.
