How about 100 feet on the beautiful Toccoa River, so close you can hear the sound of the rapids. New luxury 1,900 square foot cabin, spacious open floor plan for family gatherings, large family room with vaulted ceiling, beautiful fireplace with gas logs, and built in giant 65 inch flat screen TV.

Two bedrooms with king-sized beds and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs loft/game room with two twin beds , eat-in kitchen with bar stools for casual eating or the dining room table your choice. 1,020 square feet of outside covered living space with a large picnic table, hot tub and gas bar-b-q are on the open deck all facing the beautiful Toccoa river.

A fire pit offers great atmosphere for outside evening gatherings. The cabin is also wheel chair accessible. The property is on a gravel road leading to this pristine riverfront location. If you enjoy trout fishing, Fannin County is the Trout Capital of GA. If you enjoy kayaking or tubing it's all located just out your back door.

You can’t ask for a better location on the Toccoa river- beautiful! The cabin has great outdoor seating options to enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. Only takes about 15-20 minutes to get to downtown Blue Ridge!

Great cabin in a great location on the river between Blue Ridge and McCaysville / Copperhill. Our families from Atlanta, Delaware and Florida all agreed they would come back for sure and that the cabin was a winner!

Great home on the Toccoa
This home has such great gathering places. From the swings overlooking the river, to the fire pit area. There is also a table closer to the river to enjoy bfast or lunch. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our time in this wonderful home. The owners were also top notch.

Beautiful weekend getaway
This was a weekend girls trip. There were 6 of us and the cabin couldn't have been more perfect. Plenty of seating on the back porch overlooking the river. The loft beds were a little small for adults' but still everone was comfortable. We enjoyed being close to the Blue Ridge Scenic train station as well as the many restaurants located in town.

Awesome Cabin on River
Had a great time with fam and friends! Nice cabin with loft the kids loved. Right on water and good fishing with small rapids that were very peaceful to enjoy on the swings River or from the nice porch! Friendly hosts and close enough to nearby towns to enjoy there if u wanted to leave.

Great property, well maintained and nicely appointed for two families. The riverfront is beautiful with ample outdoor seating options. The road in and out is very tight and tough at night, that is really its only downfall. Overall great property and experience.

The Perfect Cabin
We were looking to stay in blue ridge to kayak the Toccoa river. But due to the location of the cabin, I was hesitant about booking so far down the river. The pictures can not capture the true beauty of the outdoor living and cabin. We had fresh lemon/cucumber water prepared upon check in. The outdoor swings by the river, wading the river to fish and overall sounds of nature. We put in with blue ridge kayaking outfitters(about 20 minutes drive). We floated the 6 miles trip and take out was right past the golf course. The dam must released to kayak by the cabin and the 12 mile trip would be an option. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time! Place was beautiful and clean! It was amazing!! Host were so helpful when we couldn’t get gas grill to work! Amazing swings by the river! Hoping to return next year!! It was a great place for us 6 girls aka BR girls!! Loved going and waving to the blue ridge train!

Wonderful Place
The house was clean, well kept and comfortable. The location was incredible. Literally just steps away from the Toccoa with a nice patio and swing right by the river. Our group fished all day and had a great time. Will definitely return as soon as possible.

Property is right on the river. Great for fly fishing or just sitting and enjoying the sound of the water rushing by. Cabin was clean and very well laid out. Loved the covered deck running the length of the back of the cabin. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this cabin.

All about the river
This is a great cabin rental. Our second visit and NO LET DOWN! The river is a million dollar plus going from a slow rolling large creek in the morinng to a raging real time river by late afternoon. SUCH A PLACE!!!!

An amazing piece of property. The river and house are beautiful.
We booked Hooked on Taccoa for Labor 2018 with two other families. This section of river is amazing and the owners did a great job blending the homes to the natural surroundings. The roads are not bad, but an SUV or truck is not a bad idea. It can be driven in a car, but if it rains heavy, a truck or an SUV with four wheel drive would be best. The house is stocked nicely with all cooking and bedding necessities. We will definitely be back. Very peaceful and relaxing place on an amazing river and the owners were great to work with.

Beautiful off the grid riverfront
the cabin is beautiful and right on the river. The blue ridge scenic train runs right by aswell. Our 2 year old loved the swings by the river. The owners/caretakers are real nice and helpful too and came out to check on us and the power when a bad storm blew out some of the power. Will come back again or told many friends about this place already. Blue ridge for groceries etc aint too far away. Just be aware. To get here you drive a rocky dirtroad . Bring an SUV or truck.

A piece of heaven!
I came here to celebrate my bday with family. I absolutely loved everything about our stay. The river in the backyard is everything! It’s the reason I chose this cabin. It’s huge, was fully stocked, very clean and we loved that each room had it’s own bathroom with shower. There’s games, books and 2 TVs. The only thing we had to purchase was our food. The kitchen provided everything else we needed. It was just a cozy comfy kind of vibe. I loved it here so much we didn’t leave to go any place else, and having such nice hosts Justine and Georgette made our stay much nicer. They were both so sweet. They came over and brought us more propane for the grill. It was very convenient having them next door. The only thing that creeped us out a little were the bumps in the night but we didn’t care. It was all worth it! Thanks again Justine and Georgette for a great stay!
