No smoking or vaping in the house. No Pets over 20 lbs. Pets are not to be left unattended in the house and must be kept in a crate. No pets in the beds. Pet fee is per pet!

Do not pee in the pool or hot tub. There are plenty of trees on the property if you would like to behave like an animal.
Do not add anything to the hot tub or pool.
The animals on the property are not to be fed or ridden without the supervision of the co-host.
