"Stayed for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Redlands. The house was very clean and decorated to create a fun, relaxing atmosphere. The Ms. Pac-Man game was a hit! The house is walking distance to the University and just minutes from downtown Redlands and all it has to offer. The hosts were attentive, welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Redlands!"

"Very frustrating in the beginning, I had requested an early check in,1:00, which was great except when we got there at 2:30, could not get in at all driveway was not cleared at all, spent until 4:30 shoveling drive to even park. I begged a random guy with a plow and paid him 40, he scooped the bottom only, we had to scoop rest to even park. Inside carpets were rolling up everywhere and we had to fights ants in the kitchen. Fantastic time with my 3 sons and families."

"I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. "Julie was very humble from the very beginning. She communicated fast, she opened her beautiful home to my family and I, she was very helpful with supplies, she just was an amazing host! We had never seen it actually snow and it was amazing! Her home was comfortable, warm, and cozy. I loved the upstairs view. We were able to see the stars with my moms telescope. It was so cold outside, but her home had everything. Movies, games, even a pool table. I definetly recommed staying in her home. I would...

"Great location and easy check in/out.It backs right into Lake Arrowhead Brewery so it was an easy walk for some local beers. We came right after the snow so there was a great hill for some awesome sledding.Property was nice and good amenities."

"I booked this place for myself and family. The house is very spacious and has all the amenities. The only complaints was we didn’t get to enjoy sitting on the patio because the furniture was always too wet and the downstairs king bed was extremely uncomfortable. The stairs going up to the loft are very creaky, so no sneaking up on anyone, but that’s not too big of a deal. I would recommend this house to people. "
