"Property is as advertised. Pretty basic but has the essentials. It’s all about the beaches and you are a 3 minute walk to the water. The folding beach chairs and snorkel gear provided were great. We had trouble with the umbrellas and could never get them to stay in the sand. The pools are small but well maintained and good for a cooling plunge. Having our own washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. We rented one of the 2 Tree House cars offered and that was a good deal and made the trip so...

"Great place overall. Really enjoyed the roof top deck for sunsets and catching the sun. Kitchen was adequately appointed and everything worked well. I called the manager about the barbecue leaking gas and they had a replacement part installed within a short time. They ask you to not run the AC all day and monitor the amount of electricity that you use. If you use more than the amount allowed they will charge extra. "I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. We really valued the villa- it was centrally located and the SUV allowed us to explore all of the different beaches that Turks has to offer.
