"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"The Grand Dame shows its age but the property is very well located among the highest homes on the hill side providing for excellent views of the mountains, lake, nearby castle and Annecy in the distance. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. "Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"10 old friends reunion. Blown away by the view! Great pool, though late September made the water refreshing. Great spaces inside and out for leisurely shared meals. (Did I mention the view? We all did a lot of cooking! Easy to walk down into town to the baker (croissants!) or little supermarket. (Or cafes) Hills around there great for walking , and lots of ware activities on the lake. "If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Annecy as a family/group then look no further! The whole villa is fantastic and the views are stunning. Everything has been thought about here, from the very well stocked kitchen with every utensil you can think of, to the organisation of everything! The pool area is perfect for families and soaking up the sun. 3 or 4 restaurants are within easy walking distance and a bus stop at the bottom of the road takes you into Annecy within 30 mins. "Wunderschönes Haus, modern in Ausstattung und Design ,sehr gemütlich und wohnlich. Das Haus bietet jede Menge Komfort , mehrere Terrassen, Pool und Sauna schöne Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder jeweils mit separatem WC. Durch die grossen Schiebefenster ist die offene Küche mit Ess- und Wohnbereich lichtdurchflutet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Dieses Traumhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!"
