"The rooms are nice size, there is not fenced in yard! if you plan to cook bring your own pots, pans and just about everything else the kitchen is not well stocked"

"Needs some chairs inside to sit. Had to go to the porch if you wanted to eat or sit in a chair. Water pressure varied from time to time. Clean. Screened in porch nice. Well used but did the job. Served its purpose well--a place to eat and sleep and relax."
