Nestled in a quaint, family-friendly neighborhood, just 5 miles from IU and Downtown Bloomington, & 9 miles from Lake Monroe. Sleeps-2 king, 2 twin, & a queen pull-out sofa with 2.5 baths. You'll find high-end furnishings throughout and you can enjoy your coffee on the cozy screened-in patio or take a dip in the relaxing Hot tub. Btown boasts an array of local restaurants, bars, and shops, all close proximity.

Our home is pet-friendly with a $250 pet fee and offers a private and relaxing experience with a screened-in porch. We're conveniently located just 5 miles from IU, 9 miles from Lake Monroe, and 17 miles from Brown County, making it easy to explore downtown Bloomington or enjoy the beauty of the lake.

Wilton Place is ideal for IU games and events, friend or couple getaways, and more. With plenty of space to spread out, you'll find it comfortable and convenient, with an easy Uber ride to downtown. Our quiet neighborhood offers peace and quiet while still being close to all that Bloomington has to offer.

The home features a minimalist design with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located upstairs, along with a sleeper sofa and half bath on the main level. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for entertaining and preparing meals. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in porch and watch the neighborhood deer or take a dip in the relaxing Hot tub!

Absolutely Spotless - I wish mine was that clean. Only problem was there were no instructions on how to use the TV. I called Whitney who was fabulous and we Faced timed and still couldn’t figure it out. We were about to miss the NCAA. The owner Arron arrived in the nick of time and we watched the game
