"The Renaissance is a very nice hotel. Staff was friendly, very classy and upscale. Beautifully decorated witj nice lounges, restaurant and bar. Room had a balcony with a view of the pool. The only issue was the bathrrom sink did not have hot water. Other than that, i would stay there again"

"The check in process was so easy and the nice lady who checked us in (I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name) was so informative and went over everything with us and so friendly while doing it. The hotel itself was so clean and the room was impressive one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever walked in to. The pool area was great my kids had fun and even though it was busy while we were there towels were always in stock. Breakfast has a nice selection. Round of applause for the staff at this hotel !...

"The only issue was that the tv kept freezing. I had my computer that I hooked up to the monitor so I could watch something, but it was super annoying to try to watch anything on tv."

"The hallway lighting was a little errie, but the rooms were comfortable enough. It was quiet at night that you didnt hear others. Was told maid service needed to be requested, however the maids came around every morning to freshen the rooms."
