"The hotel itself was beautiful but unfortunately the immediate area around the hotel is not - and had lots of building works going on - also not having a bar or restaurant or communal area on site is a negative - staff were lovely and helpful and as I said the hotel was lovely too "

We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time! We reported it and to the credit of the villa manager he tried to get the problem fixed but unfortunately the problem remained until we checked out. "Nice property, but poorly managed. The room was assaulted by an army of centipedes (they sprayed some insecticide after we complained, but there couldn't do much). The location is problematic and, as a bare minimum, there should be a free shuttle bus taking guests to the town center and the beach"

"Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). "We really enjoyed our stay at Kelea Villas. It was the perfect spot for us, close to town. Loved having access to the gym and our plunge pool. They let us check in a bit early and arranged scooter rentals for us as well as helped us arrange airport pickup. Would stay here again."
