"Our stay here was amazing - when we arrived, the concierge helped us by letting us use his phone as my girlfriends luggage was lost when we came in on the bus. On checkout, we had a 2 hour window until we left Ljubljana, and the concierge kindly let us keep our luggage in the secured room and an extra important bag behind the desk with her.
