Niet ruim, slechte communicatie, mooie omgeving
Het huis is zeker niet ruim, er is niet eens een fatsoenlijke woonkamer. Het is alleen de bovenverdieping met allemaal schuine daken en daardoor geen ruime slaapkamers. Door Vrbo was meermalen beloofd dat bedlinnen en handdoeken inclusief waren, deze waren bij aankomst toch niet aanwezig. De communicatie met Vrbo en met de host was slecht, de host was niet aanwezig (maar zelf in Parijs). De vervanger van de host op locatie (vrienden van?) spraken alleen Frans, geen Engels. Ik vind dat Vrbo hierin slecht heeft geopereerd. De omgeving (Blois, Loire, kastelen, fietsen) is wel erg mooi.
