"The apartment was perfect for my elder parents. They only had a few steps to enter into their residence (and was perfect for the added privacy and being able to head to bed early). In addition to the apartment, we rented the house for our family, and my siblings (including their children). Since we were up at varied times, it gave my parents the peace and quiet they needed. As I stated in my house review, Douglas was immediately responsive to any questions and addressed any needs! "

"We rented several of the properties for a week-long vacation with extended family and had a wonderful time! The shared lawn with games and picnic tables was amazing, and the houses were very comfortable and clean - outdoor showers were a favorite for everyone (kids and adults alike)! "I have been traveling to RI for 5 years for vacation. Have stayed at a few hotels near the beach. A couple have been real disappointment so tried something different. This listing looked perfect and indeed it was. If you look at online pics, they are spot on. Clean, bright and welcoming. It’s centrally located to everything , although a little far for us to walk. Huge parking lot brightly lit. Can’t find or say anything bad about this stay."

"This was one of the best stays we've ever had staying in RI. The house and property are beautiful. There is a town beach and state beach just around the corner and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby. We enjoyed coffee on the large deck in the morning and trips out on the pond with the kayaks. It is the perfect place to get again and enjoy some peace and quiet. Homeowners reached out after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. "

"Everything was perfect. The space was clean and bright and just a short walk to anything you needed. The host has literally thought of everything and there is so much to do on the property that is included we couldn’t believe it. I came on a girls trip but cannot wait to return with my husband next year. Amazing stay in a beautiful place!"

"We had a great time and will definitely option for a return stay. The house fit our group of 23 comfortably. We enjoyed family dinners on the large picnic table and a nightly bonfire. Our kids ranging in age from 3 to 21 enjoyed boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, biking, and many other things that the house and area had to offer. The cottages were just great.  It gave us just enough privacy when needed. Everything was very clean and setup nicely. Everyone enjoyed the boat...
