"Unterkunftbetreiber arbeitet angeblich seit drei Jahren nicht mehr mit Xpedia. Als wir dort ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt dass das Zimmer welches wir gebucht haben belegt ist. Der Nette Betreiber fand für uns ein kleines Apartment bis der Fall geklärt ist. In dem Apartment riecht es sehr streng nach Kanalisation, auf dem Foto ist ein totalfreistehendes gebäude, in Wirklichkeit ist alles sehr eng bebaut und um die Unterkunft Baustellen. Sehr enge Parkplätze sind bedingt vorhanden.Dank Xpedia haben...

"Great position, especially with a balcony sea view. Room was clean and everything was working fine. Close to a few good restaurants and only a few steps to the gorgeous sea. Downside, there was a mild cigarette smoke smell throughout the lobby and often in my room (I am a little sensitive to it though). Thank you for a nice stay. "

"This is a nice hotel that’s about a half hour walk from the old town. The pool was very welcome, as it was nicely maintained, quiet, and a great place to cool off after a hot day of walking around the town. The staff was consistently good. "

"Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommendes Personal, Hotel war sauber und ruhig. Frühstück immer gleich aber in Ordnung. Lage ist etwas am Berg, war für uns persönlich störend, weil immer alles zu Fuss erledigt werden muss. Aber mit Taxi (nur Hallo Taxi benutzen, die anderen sind zu teuer) war gut. Für nur Frühstück ist aber Hotel in der Klasse einfach zu teuer"

"Location of the Sea Fort Hotel is very good, even it is a bit chalky to get there. But requested parking space in the hotel owned garage was available, check in was fast and friendly, rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Quality of mattress very good. Breakfast buffet has a very good variety. The hotel restaurant has a adequate menu, quality 1a! Definitely worth coming back! "

"Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day. It took took long time to wait for breakfast. Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡 Very good aircondition 😊 In general a nice place - wich can improve the cleaning and more friendly staff."

"Highly recommend staying at Mezini Apartments when you are in Kotor! The apartments are spacious, clean and modern and Marko is an excellent host who can't do enough for you. The pool and the parking spaces are a huge bonus and rare in Kotor. The apartment was a short walk into Kotor and to the local grocery store. Cannot recommend this place enough!"

"It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. "Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Rating: ★★★★★ We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The place was beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by mountains. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch. The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely. One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain. Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny! "

"Definitely a 5* hotel. Staff so friendly & helpful too. Arrived early & greeted with a welcome drink & room was made available with an upgrade too. Room great! Shame about the building work next door but didn’t affect us-just a little dusty when we walked outside. Would recommend to friends"
