Cabin 3 called Sunset is a cozy, open concept private cabin on semi-lakefront property. 2 bedrooms with new comfort enhanced mattresses. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. Brand new, with new modern décor. Large windows in main living area to let the light in and enjoy the amazing view and sunsets. Private deck with BBQ. Parking, boats welcome. Large private dock with buoys for boat moorage and water trampoline for guests use. shared hot tub and fire pit area. Great spot for all people, kid friendly. Incredible place to stay, nice cabin and very well located , Victoria was helpful all along the way. We all enjoyed the stay, but it was challenging for the seniors in our group due to the elevation / amount of stairs from the beach to the cabin

Wonderful little getaway!
Property manager was quick to respond to needs. Location is awesome! Be careful crossing street access beach - but beach front is great with awesome dock equipped with picnic tables! Only downside: our cabin was right next to hot tub and the other guests were not courteous of the 10pm quiet time. Those with young families may want to book a different cabin a bit further from that area! Otherwise, wonderful trip!

Beautiful Views!
The location has stunning lake views and a great place to swim, hike, or rent a paddle board, etc from a nearby marina. The cabin was nice along with a sitting area outside that you can take in the views. The only challenge for us was getting some “dock time” because there are 9 cabins sharing the same dock. The beach area is very small due to the high water levels.

The cabin itself is beautiful. It was in a very hidden location yet super close to the lake. Victoria was extremely nice and fulfilled all of our needs. I will definitely be booking this place again next summer. It was one of the best stays in bc I’ve had, if not the best.

Beautiful Stay!
Perfect, clean, modern yet rustic cabin. Super close to the Lake, beaches, restaurants and an incredible little grocery store (Blind Bay Village Grocer). Can’t wait to come back here!

The hill is steep, but the view is great. The beach and dock are great, the cabin is super clean, new and comfy. The only recommendation I have is a few towel hangers, maybe outside... Thanks so much!

We were attending a wedding in Sorrento and looking for a place that my wife and I and our two teenage children could enjoy for a couple of extra days in the Shuswap. We really enjoyed the accommodations. Comfortable, clean, modern and equipped with all we needed.

Gorgeous, cozy, quiet, and perfect for a weekend getaway!
We were in town for two nights for a nearby wedding. The cabin is immaculately clean and new. The place is relatively small, but has a clever layout and luxurious high ceilings. The hot tub is just outside the door, and the gas fire place felt glamorous. We found it effortlessly, the check in process was straightforward, and would definitely stay again. Thanks!!

Nice place. Great view of the lake. Beautiful kitchen table. Sweet trails to walk in the forest. Pretty steep hill to drive up though. Hot tub was perfect. We will try and come again next year.

Overall extremely positive. House was very clean and stocked fairly well. Few more wash towels and laundry soap would be nice. Later check out at 11 appreciated. Hot tub wonderful as was jumping trampoline! Dock with tables great idea maybe an umbrella for sun? Steep hill to drive and walk up but stairs made that manageable. If a stroller or wagon should book lower cabins. Overall very pleased and would recommended!

Great Shushwap Experience in Blind Bay
Cabin 3 was perfect for 2couples. Nice new cabin with great fit-up for pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, BBQ. Very well maintained and clean. Great view of the lake and close to Finz lakeside restaurant/Marina and grocery/gas. Great service from Victoria as well!!

Perfect for our family!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Blind Bay Hideaway. The cabin was clean and brand new, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view of the lake was a nice bonus and it was an easy trip to the beach, down the set of stairs. Our girls loved the hot tub and found friends to play with in the neighbouring cabins. I was a little concerned about the rocks and the steep hill with our three small children (1, 3 and 5) but we didn’t have a problem. Our host was great at communicating when check in/out was and access instructions. We would definitely stay in the cabins again.

Nicely updated cabin with amenities
Overall we had a great stay in Cabin 3. Very close to the water and great view from the balcony/patio. We loved having the buoy to tie up our boat made it very convenient. All neighboring cabins were respectful as well. The only complaints were the early check-out time of 10:00 am (11 or 12 would be preferred), the ants that were all over the kitchen, and the fact that the bathroom had not been cleaned before our arrival.

The cabin was new, bright, and very comfortable.
The artist drawing of the site online was very misleading. The cabin was at the top of a very steep dirt road that was difficult to climb in the car. The cabin is surrounded in small rocks so would not be good for family with small children. This cabin would also not be good for anyone with mobility issues due to its high perch on a steep hill.

Excellent accommodations, perfect location.
Our expectations were exceeded when we stepped into the cabin. We stayed in the new cabin #3 which was modern, well laid out, and had an incredible view off of the patio. Steps to the beach and the various amenities down the road. Victoria was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend for both the couple looking for a quiet escape and the family looking for a comfortable place that can sleep many with all the comforts of home.
